By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZeroBound

3) Account Registration

• You must create an account with your name and email.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

4) Use of the App

• Use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
• Do not attempt to gain unathorized access to the app or interfere with it's operations.

5) Financial Data

• You may input financial data directly or connect accounts through Plaid
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
• ZeroBound provides tools to help you manage your debt and finances; we do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

6) Privacy

Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7) Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including software, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our prior written permission.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10) Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use ZeroBound.

11) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
